Sou do ES e digo que aqui a vivo é disparado a melhor cobertura. Sou de uma cidade com 15 mil habitantes e o município conta com 4 antenas vivo contra 1 de cada operadora. Ela se beneficiou de uma proposta do governo estadual de levar a internet pra todos os municípios e reduzindo os impostos.
